Mr. Daniel Steven Rose grew up in New York. He moved out to San Diego in 1996 after graduating from Law School from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Daniel has been handling personal injury and insurance-related cases in San Diego for over 26 years. Mr. Rose began practicing law in 1996. His law practice has primarily been on the plaintiff’s side, where he has continued to handle personal injury and insurance-related cases.
His background and experience gives him a unique perspective since he also practiced family, criminal, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Rose has seen that many times these issues will overlap from different areas of law.
His firm’s practice areas include personal injuries from auto accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, unsafe premises, dog bites, wrongful death, uninsured Motorists claims, bicycle accidents, insurance bad faith, homeowners claims and property damage claims.
Mr. Rose has been involved in the resolution of over one thousand of cases and recovering several hundred million dollars for his clients over the past thirteen years as an attorney.
